11月7日,市消防局会同港航等10多家有关单位联合举行黄浦江水域大面积流淌火灾灭火实战演习,拉开了本市第四届“119”消防系列活动的序幕。副市长、市防火委主任夏克强、市政协副主席赵定玉、市府副秘书长陈正兴、市公安局副局长易庆瑶和市防火委部分委员、各区(县)防火委领导以及本市水上系统,市级消防重点单位领导等1000余人观摩了演习。
