利用焊接热模拟技术,获取粗晶区组织,经过不同的热处理工艺,测定其冲击韧性和硬度,进行了显微组织分析,探讨了焊后热处理对 X52管线钢粗晶区韧性的影响.试验结果表明,X52管线钢粗晶区的韧性随焊后热处理温度的升高呈上升趋势,但低于母材,其硬度随焊后热处理温度的升高略呈下降趋势,但均高于母材.
The effect of the post-weld heat treatment on the toughness of the coarse grain zone of X52 pipeline steel was investigated by using the welding thermal simulation technology to obtain the coarse-grained zone structure through different heat treatment processes, measuring the impact toughness and hardness, and analyzing the microstructure. The results show that the toughness of X52 pipeline steel increases with the increase of the post-weld heat treatment temperature, but lower than that of the base metal. The hardness decreases slightly with the increase of the post-weld heat treatment temperature, but both are higher than the base metal.
