本文通过对大港油田孔一污外排污水水质现状的调查分析,找出了影响污水达标排放的因素。通过对破乳剂的优化筛选,降低了原油处理过程对COD的二次污染。同时针对外排污水水质的实际情况(污水生化性差)采用物化处理,即向污水中投加微絮凝剂,最后通过吸附深度处理(过滤)去除水中的污染物,很好地解决了该站污水外排水质不能达标的问题,大大地减少了污染物的排放量,而且该项技术只需在原有处理流程的基础上稍加改造即可,工程投资低,见效快,运行费用低,管理方便。
