稻草生料栽培平菇在国内外屡见报道,方法大体为袋(瓶)栽、床栽,生物效率在30—225%之间。笔者有感于这种产量的差异不循常规,于是进行了一系列的研究探索,试图找出一种合理可靠的工艺,以争取稻草生料栽培食用菌获得稳定的高产。稻草按现行方法利用,特别是采用床式栽平菇,其基质变化往往是“前期不发后期塌,到头一滩烂泥巴,有幸出菇一两批,个个都是小疙瘩”。究其原因,笔者认为主要与稻草自身的特点及不合理的栽培方式有关。
Rice straw mushroom cultivation is commonly reported at home and abroad, the method is generally bag (bottle) planted, bed planted, bio-efficiency between 30-225%. The author feels that this difference in output does not follow the conventional rules. Therefore, he conducted a series of research and exploration in an effort to find a reasonable and reliable process for obtaining stable and high-yielding edible mushrooms with straw raw material. The straw is used according to the current method, especially the bed planting Pleurotus ostreatus, the matrix change is often “no late prophase collapse, the end of a pool of mud, fortunate fruiting one or two batches, all of them are small lumps.” The reason, I think the main characteristics of straw and its unreasonable cultivation methods.
