本文使用2010~2015年中国A股上市公司为研究样本。研究发现媒体的态度对国企高管在职消费行为的影响,媒体负面关注对国企高管异常在职消费行为产生影响,降低了公司的代理成本,说明了媒体对国企高管在职消费行为产生了一定的监督作用。本文在一定程度上证明了媒体负面关注在缓解异常在职消费行为,降低信息不对称,缓解委托代理问题方面的重要意义。
This article uses China A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2015 as the research sample. The research finds that the influence of the attitude of the media on the in-service consumer behavior of state-owned executives and the negative impact of the media on the anomalous on-the-job consumption behavior of the state-owned executives reduce the agency cost of the company, which shows that the media have a certain impact on the in-service consumer behavior of the state- Supervisory role. To a certain extent, this article proves that the negative media attention is of great significance in alleviating abnormal consumption behavior, reducing information asymmetry and alleviating agency problems.
