应用ANSYS软件对超出GB150设计规定范围的压力容器大开孔局部进行有限元分析,得到该局部较为精确的应力分布图和最大等效应力值。运用ANSYS优化工具对筒体壁厚、接管壁厚、补强圈宽度、补强圈厚度进行优化设计,得到的参数满足设计条件(材料许用应力)下的最小值,即为最节约材料、最经济合理的设计方案。对压力容器大开孔补强的分析设计起指导作用。
ANSYS software is used to carry out finite element analysis of the large opening of the pressure vessel beyond the scope of the design of GB150 to obtain a more accurate stress distribution diagram and the maximum equivalent stress value of the part. Optimum design of cylinder wall thickness, pipe wall thickness, reinforcement ring width and reinforcement ring thickness was carried out by using ANSYS optimization tool. The obtained parameters satisfy the minimum value under design conditions (material allowable stress), which is the most economical material , The most economical and reasonable design. Analysis and design of the large opening of the pressure vessel to play a guiding role.
