脑电图是通过电极记录下来的大脑细胞群的自发性、节律性电活动。近年来,这项技术已日益广泛地在职业中毒临床和工业毒理学中应用。随着电子工业的飞速发展,各种类型的频率分析器不断出现,在脑电图波形的分析上,已逐渐采用频谱分析的方法,把普通的单极、双极导联所描记出来的波形,分解成不同的频带,进行细致深入的分析,从而提高了脑电图的使用价值。有的更以电子计算机来计算,将脑电图的分析结果以数字形式显示出来。本文主要介绍常见职业中毒的脑电图变化。
