研究了T6热处理对压铸Al-7Si-5.5Cu-0.4Mg合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固溶时间延长,骨骼状Si相团簇由于第二相Al2Cu在基体中的溶解而逐渐被打断,到3h时Si颗粒已经演化成球状结构,分布也更为均匀。在0~6h的时效过程中,合金硬度(HRE)先快速提高、随后缓慢提高,在3h时达到峰值74.5,随后硬度值基本保持稳定。热处理后,断口在宏观上表现为脆性断裂。
The effect of T6 heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of die-cast Al-7Si-5.5Cu-0.4Mg alloy was studied. The results show that with the increase of solution time, the skeletal Si phase clusters are gradually interrupted due to the dissolution of the second phase Al2Cu in the matrix. By 3h, the Si particles have evolved into a spherical structure and the distribution is more uniform. In the aging process of 0 ~ 6h, the hardness of the alloy (HRE) firstly increased rapidly and then slowly increased, reaching a peak value of 74.5 at 3h, after which the hardness value remained basically stable. After heat treatment, the fractures macroscopically show brittle fracture.
