以节能为目标来确定自动变速器的挡位,控制液力变矩器在规定的高效区内工作,并推导出自动变速器升降挡规律公式,在此基础上得到自动变速器的节能换挡规律。该换挡规律可以将变矩器在变速器最低挡的左端低效区和最高挡的右端低效区除外的所有工况下的效率限定在某一理想范围内,并验证其正确性。该换挡规律的提出,对提高液力机械传动系统的传动效率和节约能源具有重要的现实意义。
The goal of energy saving is to determine the shift range of automatic transmission, control the operation of torque converter in a prescribed high efficiency area, and deduce the formula of automatic transmission shift range. Based on this, the energy saving shift schedule of automatic transmission is obtained. The shift schedule limits the efficiency of the torque converter to an ideal range for all operating conditions except for the low end of the lowest gear and the low end of the right end of the highest gear and verifies its correctness. The proposed shift rule has important practical significance for improving the transmission efficiency and energy conservation of hydraulic mechanical transmission system.
