随着现代化生产的发展,教育活动越来越显示出它在整个社会活动中的突出地位。教育活动涉及经济、政治、文化、军事、外交以及人类社会的各个领域。教育事业的发展是社会发展的重要标志。在当今社会中不同的阶层、不同的民族、不同的信仰乃至不同的年龄都会在不同程度上参与一定的教育活动。正是由于教育活动的普遍性,必然导致教育社会关系的普遍化。教育社会关系能否得到正确和谐的调整,不仅是教育界、社会学界十分关心的课题,无疑也是法学界责无旁贷的大事。
With the development of modern production, educational activities have increasingly shown its prominent position in the entire social activities. Educational activities cover various fields of economy, politics, culture, military affairs, diplomacy and human society. The development of education is an important symbol of social development. In today’s society, different classes, different nationalities, different faiths, and even different ages will participate in certain educational activities to varying degrees. It is because of the universality of educational activities that they inevitably lead to the universalization of educational social relations. Whether educational social relations can be correctly and harmoniously adjusted is not only a topic of great concern to the educational circles and sociological communities, but also undoubtedly the responsibility of the jurisprudence community.
