导电焊藥是在板極电渣焊、电渣鑄錠、接触电渣焊及电渣焊补鑄件时的开始阶段用于激發电渣过程。由苏联巴頓电焊研究所拟制的AH-25固态导电焊藥的化学成分为:30~40%TiO_2;6~9%SiO_2;12~15%CaO;2~4%MgO;33~40%CaF_2;2~3%R_2O_3。我所曾与哈工大焊接專业合作煉成了这种焊藥。采用的原材料为:钛白粉40%;螢石30%;白堊20%;長石19%。这种焊藥的煉成受到了很多工厂的欢迎。但存在的問題是原材料中有40%为价貴且板难买到的钛白
Conductive flux is used in the electroslag process to stimulate the electroslag process in the plate electroslag welding, electroslag casting, electroslag welding and electroslag casting. The chemical composition of the AH-25 solid-state conductive flux prepared by the Barton Institute for Welding Research in the Soviet Union is: 30-40% TiO 2, 6-9% SiO 2, 12-15% CaO, 2-4% MgO, 33-40% CaF 2 ; 2 ~ 3% R_2O_3. I’ve worked with Harbin Institute of Technology majoring in welding this welding flux. The raw materials used are: 40% titanium dioxide; 30% fluorite; chalk 20%; feldspar 19%.
