蛛网膜下腔出血是神经内科常见疾病,而产后并发蛛网膜下腔出血,文献较少报导。本科自1978年5月～1979年7月共收治4例,分析如下。一、临床资料本文4例分别为30、37、27、31岁,初产妇2例,第2产1例,第5产1例,均为足月顺产。从分娩至发病时间为5～13天,均为突然起病。先兆症状以头晕、头痛为主,最短数分钟,最长12小时。以头晕、头痛、意识障碍及脑膜刺激征为主要临床表现。此外呕吐、抽搐也较常见。例 Subarachnoid hemorrhage is a common neurological disease, and subarachnoid hemorrhage complicated by postpartum literature less reported.
