目的:观察复方全蝎胶囊的抗肿瘤及免疫增强作用的影响。方法:建立S180移植性肿瘤模型;实验组分低、中、高3个剂量分别联合用药FT207,采用显微镜观察腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数,并计算各组小鼠的抑瘤率及胸腺、肝、脾指数。结果:复方全蝎胶囊与FT207联合用药组对鸡红细胞的吞噬率分别为34.55%、36.21%、33.41%,均高于FT207单独给药组18.27%;抑瘤率以复方全蝎胶囊高剂量与FT207联合用药组最高为72.48%;联合用药组荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数明显增加(P<0.05),显示其对FT207造成的免疫器官损伤有明显的保护作用。结论:复方全蝎胶囊有减毒增效作用,可降低FT207对小鼠的毒副作用,提高机体免疫力,以复方全蝎胶囊中剂量与FT207联合用药组对荷瘤小鼠的免疫作用最强。
Objective: To observe the anti-tumor and immune-enhancing effects of compound Quanqi capsules. METHODS: A S180 transplantable tumor model was established. FT207 was administered at low, medium, and high doses of the experimental components in combination. The phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages were observed with a microscope, and the tumor inhibition rate of each group was calculated. Thymus, liver, spleen index. RESULTS: The phagocytic rate of chicken red blood cells in the combination of Fufangquanbi Capsule and FT207 was 34.55%, 36.21%, and 33.41%, respectively, which were higher than 18.27% in the FT207 alone group. The tumor inhibition rate was high dose of Fufangquanbi Capsule. The highest FT207 drug combination group was 72.48%. The thymus index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice in the combination group increased significantly (P<0.05), indicating that it has a significant protective effect on FT207-induced immune organ damage. Conclusion: Compound Quanqi capsules have attenuated and synergistic effects, which can reduce the toxic side effects of FT207 on mice and improve the immunity of the body. The compound dose of Fufang Quanyu Capsule and FT207 combined group has the strongest immunity to tumor-bearing mice. .
