本文叙述了我国现有稀土铸造镁合金的概况。按其使用特性,可将合金分为热强(ZM3、ZM4、ZM9)、高强耐热(ZM6)、高强(ZM2、ZM8)三类。同时列出了合金的成分、性能和热处理状态。文中讨论了各种稀土金属在上述合金中的作用以及每种稀土铸造镁合金的成分、性能和组织结构三者之间的相互关系,介绍了这些合金的生产使用情况。在着重讨论我国自己的稀土铸造镁合金的基础上也简单列举了国外某些情况。
This article describes the overview of the existing rare earth cast magnesium alloy in our country. According to the characteristics of its use, the alloy can be divided into three categories: hot (ZM3, ZM4, ZM9), high strength and heat resistance (ZM6) and high strength (ZM2, ZM8). Also lists the alloy composition, performance and heat treatment status. This paper discusses the role of various rare earth metals in the above alloys, as well as the composition, properties and microstructure of each rare earth alloy, and describes the production and use of these alloys. On the basis of discussing our own rare earth casting magnesium alloy, we also briefly listed some foreign countries.
