听诊器属一般常规使用的诊疗用品,按卫生部颁发的《医院消毒技术规范》第3版规定,其应用前必须消毒且消毒后细菌培养<10cfu/cm2,不得检出任何致病菌。而在临床上长期以来却一直未被医务人员所重视。因听诊器密切接触病人皮肤且重复交叉使用,所以细菌污染情况已成为医院内感染发生的重要原因之一。我们对本院各科室听诊器污染状况进行随机抽样调查,结果报告如下。
Stethoscope is a general-purpose use of medical supplies, according to “Hospital Disinfection Technical Specification” issued by the Ministry of Health, 3rd edition provides that before its application must be sterilized and sterilized bacterial culture <10cfu / cm2, shall not detect any pathogens. However, it has not been taken seriously by medical personnel for a long time in the clinic. Because of the stethoscope being in close contact with the patient’s skin and repeated use of the same, bacterial contamination has become an important cause of nosocomial infections. We conducted a random sample survey of the stethoscope contamination in all departments of our hospital. The results are reported as follows.
