随着经济产业结构的不断调整,国有企业民兵分流、下岗日益突出,街道民兵涌入民营企业逐渐增多,曾经以国有企业、街道为主体的城市民兵组织受到前所未有的冲击。面对民兵工作“有组织无民兵”和“有民兵无组织”的矛盾,广西壮族自治区贵港军分区大胆尝试向民营企业源安堂药业有限公司拓展民兵组织,使新形势下困扰民兵工作的“人员难集中,经费难筹措,活动难开展”问题得以较好解决。他们的经验做法,对其他单位有一定的借鉴意义。
Along with the constant adjustment of the economic and industrial structure, the militias of state-owned enterprises have been increasingly diverted and laid-off. The influx of street militia into private-owned enterprises has been gradually increasing. Urban militia organizations that once dominated state-owned enterprises and streets were hit harder than ever. Faced with the contradiction between the “organized non-militia” and the “unorganized militia” in the militia work, the Guigangjun Division of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region made a bold attempt to expand the militia organization to the private-owned Yuan An Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. so that the “ Difficult to concentrate personnel, difficult to raise funds, activities difficult to carry out ”the problem can be better resolved. Their experiences and practices have some reference to other units.
