目前,江苏省灌云县人武部积极响应上级号召,把学唱战斗精神队列歌曲作为搞好“强化战斗精神,提高打赢能力”教育活动的重要内容和手段。据了解,该人武部为了切实把试唱活动和“强化战斗精神,提高打赢能力”教育活动结合起来,认真抓好落实,经过精心组织和科学安排,制定了《试唱25首战斗精神队列歌曲计划表》,并聘请了具有专业特长的人员教唱,安排干部、职工按照预定的时间计划学唱歌曲,充分发挥文艺作品陶冶干部和职工情操、鼓舞军心士气的重要作用,取得了显著成效。
