目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在鼻咽癌患者组织及血清中的表达及二者的相关性。方法随机收集鼻咽癌患者66例,同时收集慢性鼻炎60例及健康人30例,应用免疫组化法和ELISA法分别检测3组人群的鼻黏膜组织及血清中EGFR的含量,对两组数据进行统计分析及相关性探讨。结果鼻咽癌组、慢性鼻炎组及健康对照组COX-2阳性表达率分别为87.9%、73.3%、43.3%,EGFR阳性表达率分别为84.8%、78.3%、50%,两种蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达均显著高于对照组;鼻咽癌患者血清COX-2、EGFR水平均高于健康人(P=0.022,P=0.017)血清中表达水平;COX-2、EGFR的表达与鼻咽癌临床分期有关,并且两者在组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.558,P=0.021)。结论 COX-2、EGFR在鼻咽癌组织及血清中均有较高表达,表达情况与临床分期显著相关,并且二者表达情况呈正相关性,COX-2及EGFR在鼻咽癌的发生与发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in tissues and serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their relationship. Methods Sixty-six patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were collected randomly, 60 chronic rhinitis patients and 30 healthy volunteers were collected randomly. The contents of EGFR in nasal mucosa and serum were detected by immunohistochemistry and ELISA respectively. The data of two groups Conduct statistical analysis and correlation analysis. Results The positive rates of COX-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, chronic rhinitis and healthy controls were 87.9%, 73.3% and 43.3%, respectively.
