给水管网系统在整个供水体系中占有重要地位,对水质安全起着关键作用。人们越来越关注给水管道的二次污染问题,而生物膜作为一个微生物缓慢释放器存在于管网中。通过分子生物学技术,可以获得传统培养方法无法得到的生物膜中微生物的情况,能够更全面真实地反映饮用水微生态环境的面貌,同时通过控制其影响因素,可帮助自来水企业保障饮用水中微生物指标处于安全水平,保证人民身体健康。
