本文介绍成批生产200、300系列轴承套圈锻件一次加热锻成的工艺及其模具。即内外圈一次切料,外圈穿孔时所得的料芯被挤压成内圈;基本设备为四台曲轴压力机和一台辗扩机。生产实践证明,采用本工艺后技术经济效果很好,与以前采用“三次加热”锻压工艺相比,提高了质量,又使煤耗降低55%以上,材料利用率达45%,生产率显著提高,模具寿命延长。本文介绍了该种工艺过程,205轴承套圈锻压工艺参数的选择、模具设计等。附图7幅
This article describes the mass production of 200,300 series bearing ring forging a heating forging process and its mold. That is, a cut material inside and outside the circle, the outer core perforation obtained when the core is extruded into the inner ring; basic equipment for the four crankshaft presses and a rolling machine.
