中职学校是青少年学习的集中场合,中职学生作为特殊的青少年群体,所体现出来的青少年问题更为集中和突出。随着我国中等职业教育的蓬勃发展,在校人数日益增多,因此中职学校学生问题是不得不重视的一个问题。下面以广州市白云区某职业学校为例,根据学校现状,从学校概况、教师所面临的管理困境以及学生的诉求三个方面,来论证社会工作者介入中职学校的必要性和可行性。
Secondary vocational schools are the concentrated occasions for young people to learn. Secondary vocational students as a special group of teenagers are more concentrated and prominent in their youth issues. With the vigorous development of secondary vocational education in our country, the number of students in school is increasing day by day. Therefore, the problem of students in secondary vocational schools is a problem that we must pay attention to. In the following, a vocational school in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City is taken as an example to prove the necessity and feasibility of social workers’ involvement in secondary vocational schools according to the status quo of the schools, from three aspects: the general situation of the school, the management difficulties faced by the teachers and the demands of the students.
