当前,高校反腐败斗争面临的领域不断拓宽,标准不断提高,要求更加严格,任务更加繁重。这些新任务迫切要求我们正视和解决好当前存在的各种腐败问题。为此要以改革创新精神,积极探索新形势下高校反腐倡廉建设的特点和规律,进一步增强反腐倡廉工作的前瞻性、系统性、主动性。有效预防和治理高校腐败问题的对策是一个系统工程,是摆在我们面前十分重要的新课题。现从燕山大学权力运行监控机制的实际出发,探索利用现代科技手段健全和完善高校防腐体制的新方法、新策略。
At present, the field of anti-corruption struggle in colleges and universities continues to broaden, the standards are constantly improving, the requirements are more stringent and the tasks are more arduous. These new tasks urgently urge us to face up to and resolve the various existing corruption issues. To this end, we should take the spirit of reform and innovation, actively explore the characteristics and laws of the anti-corruption work in colleges and universities under the new situation, and further enhance the forward-lookingness, systematicness and initiative of the anti-corruption campaign. The effective measures to prevent and control corruption in higher education institutions are a systematic project and a new issue that is very important to us. From the reality of Yanshan University’s power monitoring mechanism, this paper explores new methods and strategies to improve and perfect the anti-corrosion system in colleges and universities by means of modern science and technology.
