研究了2种新型防焦剂Rhenogran Vulkalent E-80(简称E-80)和Rhenogran GE1907(简称GE1907)在三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的应用,并与防焦剂Rhenogran CTP-80(简称CTP-80)进行了实验对比。结果表明,3种防焦剂都能有效延长焦烧时间,改善加工安全性。在相同用量下,使用GE1907的胶料焦烧时间最长,使用E-80的胶料焦烧时间次之,使用CTP-80的焦烧时间最短。加入E-80和GE1907可促进硫化作用,增大交联密度,提高硫化胶力学性能。加入CTP-80可降低交联密度和力学性能。当CTP-80用量不超过0.5份时,3种防焦剂在胶料中都能均匀分散,不发生喷霜现象。
The application of two novel anti-scorching agents, Rhenogran Vulkalent E-80 (abbreviated as E-80) and Rhenogran GE1907 (abbreviated as GE1907), in EPDM has been studied and compared with Rhenogran CTP-80 CTP-80) conducted an experimental comparison. The results show that all three kinds of anti-coke agents can effectively extend the scorch time and improve the processing safety. Under the same dosage, the scorch time of GE1907 was the longest, the scorch time of E-80 was the second, and the scorch time of CTP-80 was the shortest. Adding E-80 and GE1907 can promote the vulcanization, increase the crosslinking density and improve the mechanical properties of vulcanizates. Addition of CTP-80 reduces crosslinking density and mechanical properties. When the amount of CTP-80 does not exceed 0.5 parts, the three kinds of anti-scorching agent in the rubber can be evenly dispersed, no blooming phenomenon.
