金刚烷胺盐酸盐Amantadlne Hydrocheoride:是目前对流感具有一定防治作用的有机合成药物。它的抗病毒谱十分狭窄,只对甲型流感病毒有效。甲型流感病毒虽然有周期性抗原变异,但至目前为止,实验证明它对金刚烷胺药的敏感性仍然不变。此药的作用为阻断病毒进入细胞,抑制病毒脱壳和阻止病毒核酸释放,从而抑制病毒的繁殖。用以预防流感。
