目的 :制备一种新型聚天冬酰胺衍生物聚 (α,β-N -2 -二羟乙基 -DL -天冬酰胺 ) (PDHEA)。方法 :采用 GPC、F TIR、DSC等方法对该材料进行了表征 ,研究了反应条件对分子量的影响 ,并对影响其降解的因素进行了探讨。用两种方法将乙酰水杨酸键合到 PDHEA上 ,研究了不同分子量对复合体载药率及药物缓释性能的影响。结果 :该复合体释药速率稳定 ,通过调节 PDHEA分子量可调节药物的释放速率
Objective: To prepare a new polyaspartamide derivative poly (α, β - N - 2 - dihydroxyethyl - DL - asparagine) (PDHEA). Methods: The materials were characterized by GPC, F TIR and DSC. The effects of reaction conditions on the molecular weight were studied, and the factors affecting their degradation were also discussed. Acetylsalicylic acid was bonded to PDHEA in two ways to study the effects of different molecular weights on the drug loading rate and the sustained-release properties of the drug.
