针对国内部分实体工程骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石4.75mm筛通过率与现行规范不一致而工程效果较好的情况,采用振动成型法进行骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石混合料设计,选取不同的4.75mm筛通过率进行击实、强度和温缩试验。就本文所研究的试验组数而言,相同的水泥用量下,4.75mm筛通过率为30%的最大干密度最大、强度最佳。温缩试验的结果表明4.75mm筛通过率为30%的温缩应变最小。
Aiming at the situation that the passing rate of 4.75mm sieve of some parts of domestic solid engineering skeleton compact structure is inconsistent with the current standard and the project effect is good, the design of skeleton compact concrete stabilized macadam mixture is carried out by vibration molding method. Different 4.75mm Screening through the rate of compaction, strength and temperature shrink test. For the number of test groups studied in this paper, the maximum dry density of 30% of the 4.75mm sieve through the same amount of cement, the maximum strength, the best strength. The result of the temperature-shrink test shows that the minimum temperature-programmed strain of the 4.75 mm sieve is 30%.
