运用4血管闭塞法导致SD大鼠全脑反复缺血再灌注损伤,造成血管性痴呆模型大鼠。结果造模后除假手术组外,各组大鼠跳台错误次数均较造模前增加(P<0.01),电迷路正确反应次数显著减少(P<0.01)。对血管性痴呆模型大鼠,以喜德镇为对照,灌服大、中、小剂量的健脑益智液。给药15天后各中药组大鼠跳台及电迷路成绩与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中以中药大、中剂量组作用最明显,与西药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明该造模方法确可造成大鼠明显记忆障碍,是较理想的痴呆动物模型;中药健脑益智液可以改善痴呆大鼠记忆障碍,且疗效优于西药喜德镇。
The four-vessel occlusion method was used to induce global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in SD rats, resulting in a rat model of vascular dementia. Results Except for sham-operation group, the number of errors in platform jumping in each group was higher than that before model building (P<0.01), and the number of correct response times of electrical labyrinth was significantly reduced (P<0.01). For vascular dementia model rats, Xi Dezhen was used as a control to administer large, medium and small doses of brain-enriching liquid. After 15 days of drug administration, there were significant differences in the performance of rats’ jumping platform and electrical labyrinth between the Chinese medicine group and the model group (P<0.01). Among them, the effect of the large and middle dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine was the most obvious, and it was significant compared with the western medicine group. Difference (P<0.01). It was shown that this modelling method can cause obvious memory impairment in rats and is an ideal animal model for dementia. Chinese medicine Jiannao Yizhi Liquid can improve the memory impairment in dementia rats and its therapeutic effect is better than that of Xide town.
