目的检测和分析大鼠2型糖尿病伴牙周炎血液中纤维蛋白原与超敏C反应蛋白水平的变化,探讨2型糖尿病牙周炎与它们之间的关系。方法 40只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组(N)10只,牙周炎组(P)为10只,链脲佐菌素致糖尿病组(D)与糖尿病牙周炎组(DP)各10只,各组接受相应的建模处理。通过观察纤维蛋白原与超敏C反应蛋白在糖尿病与牙周炎的数值变化,来确定它们的相关性。结果 P、D、DP组2型糖尿病大鼠纤维蛋白蛋白与超敏C反应水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤维蛋白原与超敏C反应蛋白与两疾病的发展密切相关。
Objective To detect and analyze the changes of blood fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with periodontitis and explore the relationship between type 2 diabetic periodontitis and them. Methods Forty adult SD male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: 10 normal control group (N), 10 periodontitis group (P), diabetic streptozotocin group (D) and diabetic periodontitis Group (DP) each 10, each group to accept the corresponding modeling. Their association was determined by observing changes in the values of fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetes and periodontitis. Results The levels of fibrin protein and hypersensitivity C in type 2 diabetic rats in P, D, DP group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Fibrinogen and hs-CRP are closely related to the development of the two diseases.
