我院舞台服装设计专业在八九年下半年调整为服装设计专业,将原来限定的表演服装设计拓宽为服装(APPAREL)设计,此囊括了表演服装、生活服装、流行时装等各类服装内容。自专业拓宽以来,我们的教案、观念似乎尚未跟上拓宽后的要求,尚未将眼光着落于人才培养应顺应于市场这个归宿,毕业生过多的是教师手下的“产品”,而不是市场急需且又适应市场变化的“商品”。随着毕业分配双向选择的改革,在教学与用人市场二者之间,尖锐地反映出这个矛盾。
In the second half of 1989, the major of costume design in our hospital was adjusted to be a costume design major. The originally limited costume design for apparel was expanded to apparel design, which encompassed various costumes such as performance apparel, lifestyle apparel and fashion apparel. Since the professional broadening, our teaching plans and concepts do not seem to keep pace with the broadened requirements. We have not yet settled our eyes on the fostering of qualified personnel and should conform to the fate of the market. Too many graduates are the “products” of teachers rather than the urgent need of the market And adapt to the market changes of “goods.” With the gradual allocation of two-way choice of reform, between the teaching and employment market, sharply reflects this contradiction.
