研究药物的心血管作用,常测定大鼠血流动力学,此过程费时费工,且数据不够精确。为此,我们在30只麻醉大鼠,用APPLEⅡ型微机系统与SJ—42型四道生理记录仪联机,同步测量、对比血压、左室内压及其上升和下降变化速率(±dp/dt)、心率等7项参数。测量新药尼群地平(Nitredipine)等对麻醉大鼠的心血管作用,结果表明,两者测得数值相关,有极显著意义,与文献报道一致。据此认为,上述测定时应用微电脑记录信号准确,可在瞬间完成,还可按需测
To study the cardiovascular effects of drugs, often determining the hemodynamics in rats, this process takes time and labor, and the data are not accurate enough.
