目的通过对妊娠中、晚期妇女常用生化指标结果的分析,建立本实验室室内正常妊娠期妇女生化指标的参考值范围。方法采用贝克曼AU680全自动生化分析仪对620例20~35岁正常妊娠期妇女(测定组)及350例同年龄段正常体检女性(正常对照组)进行血糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、二氧化碳(CO2)、前白蛋白(PA)生化结果的分析。结果测定组这七项生化结果平均浓度均明显低于正常对照组平均浓度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),确定妊娠参考值范围分别为GLU(3.8~5.9mmol/L),BUN(1.7~4.3mmol/L),Cr(37~62μmol/L),TP(57~72 g/L),ALB(32~45g/L),CO2(18~28mmol/L),PA(184~264 mg/L)。结论妊娠期间,孕妇体内各种激素和酶等一系列生理变化以及胎儿生长发育所需营养物质的增多会引起上述指标的改变,充分考虑到妊娠这一特殊的生理变化,对上述有显著性差异变化的生化指标制定本实验室室内的妊娠期参考值范围,有利于临床医生对妊娠期妇女各项生化指标作出正确的判断,区别妊娠期的生理变化与病理情况,对妊娠并发症作出更准确的诊断。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a reference value range of biochemical indexes of normal pregnant women in our laboratory through the analysis of biochemical indicators commonly used in women of middle and late pregnancy.
