从开始在工业上掌握了在电磁结晶器中铸造铸锭以来,已经过去了十年左右.这种连续铸锭的特殊方式是苏联研究成功的,它比传统的滑动结晶器连续铸造法有一系列根本性的特点.国外许多公司已获得在电磁场中连续铸锭的方法和设备的许可证书.到现在、无论在苏联、或者在特有许可证的公司都积累了掌握和应用电磁结晶器铸造法方面的丰富经验.本文简短地叙述一下我们认为最重要的一些研究成果,即有关本法的实质和特点的研究、铸造设备和工艺的改进、新规格和新合金铸锭造方法
It has been about ten years since industrial mastering the casting of ingots in electromagnetic crystallizers has been successful in the Soviet Union, The basic characteristics of many foreign companies have been obtained in the electromagnetic field of continuous ingot casting methods and equipment license until now, both in the Soviet Union, or in the special permit companies have accumulated the mastery and application of electromagnetic mold casting method This article briefly describes some of the most important research findings that we consider to be the study of the nature and characteristics of this law, improvements in foundry equipment and processes, new specifications and new alloy ingot manufacturing methods
