变形铝及其合金因重量轻、耐蚀性良好、强度出色、导电性及导热性高、易加工和外表美观,以及较好的综合性能而受人们注意。铝最有用的性能之一是重量轻。铝及其合金的重约为钢的三分之一。所以,高强可热处理铝合金的强度与重量之比,超过了许多钢和大多数有色金属及其合金。在等体积时,铝的导电性仅次于铜而占第二位,但在等重量时,铝为铜的二倍。铝在多种气氛和化学介质中耐腐蚀。成型性和切剥性良好,较易于加工成复杂的部件。成型之后,为了满足装饰要求,金属可高度抛光、涂以特殊层、或进行特殊的表面处理。铝及其合金无毒,没有磁性。由于它们有理想的特性,变性铝及其合金广泛地应用于运输、航空、生活用具、液化天然气输送、化学、食品加工、电气和建筑业。
Deformed aluminum and its alloys due to light weight, good corrosion resistance, excellent strength, high conductivity and thermal conductivity, easy processing and appearance, as well as good overall performance by people’s attention. One of the most useful properties of aluminum is its light weight. The weight of aluminum and its alloys is about one-third of that of steel. Therefore, the ratio of strength to weight of high-strength heat-treatable aluminum alloys exceeds that of many steels and most non-ferrous metals and their alloys. At equal volume, the electrical conductivity of aluminum is second only to that of copper, but at equal weight, aluminum is twice as much as copper. Aluminum is resistant to corrosion in a variety of atmospheres and chemical media. Good moldability and peeling, easier to process into complex parts. After forming, to meet the decoration requirements, the metal can be highly polished, coated with special layers, or subjected to special surface treatments. Aluminum and its alloys are non-toxic and non-magnetic. Due to their desirable properties, denatured aluminum and its alloys are widely used in transportation, aviation, domestic appliances, LNG transportation, chemical, food processing, electrical and construction industries.
