本文基于对近几年来国内外企业人力资源外包理论的回顾和实践探索的总结,从风险角度对转型期中国企业人力资源外包的实践进行了深层次的探讨和战略对策研究。
Based on the review of the human resource outsourcing theories of domestic and foreign enterprises in recent years and the exploration of practice, this paper explores the practice of human resource outsourcing of Chinese enterprises in transition from a risk point of view in depth and studies strategic measures.
