“兵马未动,粮草先行”,这句古代军事格言充分体现了后勤保障在战争中所起的重要作用。作战物资是否充足,武器装备是否完好,伤病人员能否得到及时的转移治疗等是关系到战争进程与结局的重大问题。海上补给作为海上后勤保障的重要途径,是海军战斗力和生存力的保障。海上补给可分为“海上航行补给”,和“海上锚泊补给”。因两者无论在装置或控制系统方面都很相似,且海上航行补给更具实战意义,是各国海军发展的重点,故本文所述及的主要是海上航行补给。海上补给,顾名思义,是指补给船在海上对接
