本文介绍应用国产酶试剂快速测定血清总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的方法。50μl血清(测定总胆固醇)或50μl用磷钨酸钠-Mg~(2+)沉淀低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)之后的上清液(测定HDL-C)分别与3ml酶试剂混和,于37℃保温15分钟后,所产生的颜色于500nm波长比色测定。本文对各种实验条件进行研究。初步结果表明,本法快速、简便、灵敏、精确,与Abell-Zlatkis法比较数值十分接近。本法不仅适于临床常规,而且也适于流行病学研究。
