一、概述任何一种电器产品,为了控制或转换电路的工作状态,往往需要附加数量不等、开闭组合不同的辅助联锁触头。这些联锁触头的产品质量常常影响甚至决定该电器产品的工作可靠性。所以,联锁触头虽小,但却是电器产品设计不可忽视的一个重要环节。原韶山1型电力机车上与电空接触器配套的老式辅助联锁触头,其机械寿命短,只能达到5~10万次,电触头的断流容量也小,只能达到直流110V、10A电流等级,使用中还多次发现电触头接触不良的现象,因此急需提高产品质量。为了提高辅助联锁触头的机械寿命和工作可靠性,于1979年开始,我们对原有老式接触元件进行了设计改进,花了大约3年的时间,试
