作为仪器仪表行业内的排头兵北京东方中科集成科技有限公司在2002年年末推出了他们的《用户服务手册》。这一举措与东方集成公司“科技无限服务创新”的经营理念相吻合,同时也推动了东方集成从销售商向服务商转型的事态。此手册的印制是为了便于用户更好的使用东方集成的各种产品,同时也为了使用户更清楚的了解东方集成所提供的各项售前、售中及售后服务。
As a leader in the instrumentation industry, Beijing Oriental Zhongke Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. launched their “User Service Handbook” at the end of 2002. This move is in line with the business philosophy of “integrated technology and unlimited service innovation” of Eastern Integration, and at the same time it also promotes the transformation of Oriental integration from the seller to the service provider. This manual is printed in order to facilitate users to better use the various products integrated in the East. At the same time, in order to allow users to better understand the various pre-sales, sales and after-sales services provided by Eastern Integration.
