花键轮不同于一般齿形件的地方在于其内外都带有花键齿,针对内外带齿花键轮的多种精密锻造成形方案进行研究。拟定了使其内、外花键齿都能良好成形的精锻工艺并设计了相应的成形模具,并采用Deform-3D软件进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:花键轮内外齿形充填良好,等效应力与应变分布合理,总成形力较小约为279 k N。结合模拟结果与工艺特点分析可知,花键轮内齿相对外齿较难成形,采用分流导流既能使内齿成形好,也能明显降低总成形力。实验结果进一步验证了该工艺与模具很好地改善了较难成形的齿端角隅部的充填效果。

Combining the simulation results with the analysis of the process characteristics, it can be seen that the internal teeth of the spline wheel are harder to form than the external teeth, and the diversion and diversion can both shape the internal teeth and significantly reduce the total forming force. The experimental results further verify that the process and the mold are a good way to improve the filling effect of the harder tooth-end corner.
