本文分析了“无头档案”产生的主要影响因素,提出了加强干部人事档案管理,防治“无头档案”的积极对策,为促进高校干部人事档案管理工作的健康发展提供决策依据。 This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of “headless file ”, puts forward the positive countermeasures of strengthening the personnel file management of cadres, preventing and controlling “headless file ”, and provides the decision-making basis for promoting the healthy development of the cadre personnel files management in colleges and universities .
