矮牵牛(Pectnia hybrida Vilm),又名灵芝牡丹,是原产南美洲的多年生草本植物。花期极长,可达5个月以上。其株型矮而丛生,叶如茄,花似牵牛,花径达8—10厘米。花色品种繁多。有白、粉、红、紫及各种双色品种,特别是重瓣种,花朵大,花色丰富,是现代花卉园艺中一类重要花卉。我国的矮牵牛大部分是从荷兰、美国、日本等地引种而来。由于重瓣矮牵牛其重瓣性很强,雄蕊往往瓣化,雌蕊也多成畸形。因而,它常常开花而不结实。目前大多采用扦插繁殖,繁殖系数极低。为满足美化市容、绿化城市的需要,我们采用组织培养技术进行试管繁殖,不仅做到周年繁殖,而且繁殖系数提高几万倍以上,这是传统的繁殖方法所无法比拟的。 材料和方法 (一)供试材料 试验所用的材料为日本引进的重瓣矮牵牛杂种种子以及盆栽的2年生的重瓣矮牵牛的优良单株。 (二)灭菌方法 矮牵牛种子用自来水冲洗10分钟,再在加有洗衣粉的溶液中浸泡5分钟,取出后用水冲洗干净。在无菌条件下,先在75％酒精中浸8分钟,再在0.1％氯化汞溶液中浸泡7分钟,取出后,用无菌水冲洗
