为提高离心式高效喷溅装置的布水均匀性,采用欧拉(Eulerian)多相流模型和重整规划群(RNG)k-ε湍流模型对离心式高效喷溅装置的水力特性进行了三维数值模拟,将其模拟的溅洒情况与试验情况进行了对比,验证了模型的正确性。并用此方法研究了离心式喷溅装置在3种水头和4种转速下的水力特性,结果表明其在较广的水头和转速范围下均能实现均匀布水,且一定范围内提高水头和降低转速可以提高布水均匀性,提出离心式高效喷溅装置的建议工作转速为60~120r/min。
In order to improve the uniformity of water distribution of centrifugal high-efficiency splashing device, the Eulerian multi-phase flow model and RNG k-ε turbulence model were used to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of centrifugal high- Numerical simulation, the simulated splashed conditions and experimental conditions are compared, verify the correctness of the model.
