介绍了激光强化的基础知识,分析了激光固态相变硬化机理,设计并进行了模具及模具材料表面的激光强化实验。将使用计算机模拟得到的指导性参数与使用经验参数获得的强化效果对比,为修正计算机模拟的误差,从而获得激光表面非熔凝淬火的最佳加工参数提供了一个可靠的途径。
The basic knowledge of laser strengthening is introduced. The mechanism of laser solid state transformation hardening is analyzed. The laser strengthening experiment on the surface of mold and mold material is designed and carried out. The use of computer simulation of the guidance parameters obtained with the use of empirical parameters to enhance the contrast, in order to amend the computer simulation of the error, in order to obtain the laser surface non-fused quenching the best processing parameters provide a reliable way.
