目的探讨合用赖氨匹林和呋喃苯胺酸的平喘作用。方法采用整体动物引喘法和兔改良肺溢流法观察合用赖氨匹林和呋喃苯胺酸（超声雾化给药）的平喘作用和对兔支气管平滑肌张力的影响。结果赖氨匹林１５０ｍｇｋｇ－１＋呋喃苯胺酸２０ｍｇｋｇ－１，赖氨匹林３００ｍｇｋｇ－１＋呋喃苯胺酸２０ｍｇｋｇ－１均可明显延长豚鼠的引喘潜伏期及减少兔肺溢流量。结论雾化吸入赖氨匹林和呋喃苯胺酸具有明显的平喘和支气管平滑肌松驰作用
Objective To investigate the antiasthmatic effect of combination of aspirin and furosemide. Methods The antiasthmatic effect of combination of aspirin and furosemide (ultrasonic nebulized administration) and the effect on the tension of bronchial smooth muscle in rabbits were observed by using animal asthma method and modified lung overflow method. Results Lyspirin 150mgkg-1 + furosemide 20mgkg-1, L-metoprolol 300mgkg-1 + furosemide 20mgkg-1 can significantly prolong the latency of asthmatic guinea pigs and reduce the rabbit lung overflow. Conclusion Inhaled aspirin and furosemide have obvious antiasthmatic and bronchial smooth muscle relaxation
