互助土族自治县海拔2480公尺,属高原大陆性气候。为了解该地区世居农民嗅功能及耳鼻咽喉科患病情况,我们于84年10月赴该县进行抽样调查,现报告如下。一、一般情况受检查者共513人,其中土族363人;汉族150人;男性285人;女性228人。年令最小15岁,最大88岁。年令分布见表1。为便于叙述将三个年令组间称为青年组、中年组和老年组。二、检查方法及结果除详细询问受检者病史外,作耳、鼻、咽、喉常规检查。对音叉试验可疑者
Mutual Aid Autonomous County, 2480 meters above sea level, is a plateau continental climate.
