为探讨硒与二乙烯三胺五乙酸钙三钠(DTPA)对大鼠体内镉是否具有排泄作用,我们选用了56只雄性Wistar大白鼠进行本次实验。采用石墨炉方法,测定大鼠尿、粪及组织中镉含量,并对肾组织进行病理学检查。结果表明:硒具有排地大鼠体内镉的作用,其经粪排泄作用强于DTPA,并且硒与DTPA之间存在协同作用;硒能加速镉致肾损伤的恢复,并在此方面与DTPA之间也存在协同作用。
To investigate whether selenium and DTPA could excrete cadmium in rats, we selected 56 male Wistar rats for this experiment. Graphite furnace method was used to determine the content of cadmium in rat urine, feces and tissues, and pathological examination of renal tissues. The results showed that selenium had the effect of excreting cadmium in rats, excretion of excretion was stronger than that of DTPA, and there was a synergistic effect between selenium and DTPA.
