目的:探究PDCA对提高(泌尿外科)病房患者护理满意度的效果。方法:以2014年9月~2015年9月期间丽水市人民医院泌尿外科病房收治的180例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的护理方法,观察组患者采用PDCA循环护理方法。比较分析两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者在健康宣教、人文关怀、服务态度、操作技能及专业知识等方面的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环护理模式能够有效的提高泌尿外科病房患者对健康宣教、人文关怀、服务态度、操作技能以及专业知识等方面的满意度。
Objectives: To investigate the effect of PDCA on nursing satisfaction in patients with (urology) wards. Methods: A total of 180 patients admitted to Urology Hospital of Lishui People’s Hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the observation group received PDCA. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing. Results: The satisfaction of patients in observation group in health education, humanistic care, service attitude, operational skills and professional knowledge were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PDCA cycle nursing model can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients in urological wards on health education, humanistic care, service attitude, operational skills and professional knowledge.
