近些年来,随着体育事业的蓬勃发展,中长跑运动广受大众的喜爱,更多的人加入到这一强身健体的运动中来,中长跑运动具有消耗体能大,运动时间长的特点,所以中长跑运动员在训练时要基于中长跑运动的特点来训练自己的体能和力量,本文通过对中长跑运动的训练理论进行系统的研究,通过训练理论的创新,进而对长跑项目的训练提供理论基础,使中长跑运动员的成绩有所提高。
