在实际生产过程中,薄壁零件的加工是比较复杂的,由于工件的刚性差,在车削过程中受车削力和夹紧力的作用极易产生变形,影响工件的尺寸精度和形状精度。又因为薄壁零件壁厚太薄,基本上不可以在常用夹具上装夹进行加工。为了解决这两个问题,就需要我们在加工过程中设计合理的夹具,选择合理的加工工艺。另外,选择合理的刀具几何角度、切削用量并充分冷却润滑,都是保证加工薄壁零件精度的关键。
