目的评价新型灭螺药10%氯代水杨胺制剂(LDS)对非靶生物的急性毒性。方法按照《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》,将10%LDS分别对鹌鹑、蜜蜂、家蚕、斑马鱼等非靶生物进行急性毒性试验。结果 10%LDS对鹌鹑的急性毒性试验在最大染毒浓度为200 mg/kg时,受试鹌鹑未出现任何中毒症状,也未出现死亡情况,为无毒。10%LDS对蜜蜂的半数致死浓度(LC50)为2.68×103mg/L,为低毒。10%LDS对家蚕按最高浓度6.00×102mg/kg桑叶染毒时,观察96 h后,各浓度组未观察到家蚕死亡;但与空白对照相比,高浓度组家蚕出现一些如食欲减退、运动减缓等中毒症状,故为低毒。10%LDS对斑马鱼的LC50为6.16 mg/L,为中毒。结论 10%LDS对鹌鹑为无毒,对蜜蜂、家蚕为低毒,对斑马鱼为中毒,对鱼的安全性明显优于氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐,是一种新型的灭螺药。
Objective To evaluate the acute toxicity of the new molluscicide 10% salicylamine formulation (LDS) to non-target organisms. Methods According to the “Guidelines for Environmental Safety Evaluation of Chemical Pesticides”, 10% LDS was tested for acute toxicity to non-target organisms such as quail, bee, silkworm and zebrafish respectively. Results Acute Toxicity Test of Quail with 10% LDS At the maximum exposure concentration of 200 mg / kg, the quail did not show any symptoms of poisoning or death, and was non-toxic. The LC50 of 10% LDS to bees was 2.68 × 103 mg / L, which was low toxicity. When silkworm was exposed to 10% LDS for 6.00 × 102mg / kg mulberry leaves for the highest concentration, no death of silkworms was observed in each concentration group after 96 hours. However, compared with the blank control, silkworms in high concentration group showed some symptoms such as loss of appetite, Slowing movement and other poisoning symptoms, it is low toxicity. LC50 of 10% LDS on zebrafish was 6.16 mg / L, which was poisoned. Conclusion 10% LDS is nontoxic to quail, low toxicity to bees and silkworms, poisoning to zebrafish, and remarkably superior to niclosamide ethanolamine in fish. It is a new type of molluscicide.
